Information, service and contact
Here you can find all the information you can benefit from as a buyer of DRC Danish Refugee Council goods. If you have problems shopping on our website or other questions that you cannot find answers to below, please feel free to contact us by email at shop@drc.ngo.

What does the money go to?
The profit from the sale of goods in the DRC Danish Refugee Council's webshop goes directly to our work for and with refugees in the world's hotspots.

Delivery
Delivery is usually within 3 business days with Bring or DAO. During holidays and holidays, it may take longer.

Order and payment
When the order is received in our webshop, you will receive a receipt for your order. When the order is shipped, the amount is deducted from your account. When pre-ordering an item, please approve that the amount is deducted before dispatch takes place.

Dispatch
All items are subject to a handling fee which covers postage and packaging. It is the product's weight and size that are indicative of the handling fee.

Delivery addresses
We deliver goods worldwide. However, be aware that in certain countries customs will be charged.

Right of return/right of cancellation
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to shop@drc.ngo.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act. When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, it can only be done if the item is returned in original packaging, so that the item appears as when you received it. The right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that reduces the item's sales value.

If you use the right of cancellation, you must pay for the postage yourself.

Alternatively, you can return the item at the DRC Danish Refugee Council reception in Borgergade 10, 3rd floor.

If you are returning an item, please include the item's order number - and we will return the money to your account when we have received the item back.

Complaint
According to the Purchase Act, you have two years' right to complain. If you wish to advertise a product, please send an email to shop@drc.ngo before sending the item back.

If you wish to make use of your right of complaint, the item must be returned to:

Access to complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact shop@drc.ngo. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions for this are met, see www.kfst.dk or use the EU Commission's online complaint portal which can be submitted here http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our e-mail address.

Uncollected items
If you do not collect your item before Bring's handover deadline expires (typically 8 to 10 days), it will then be returned to DRC Danish Refugee Council. Upon request, we will be happy to send your package to you again against payment of the item's handling fee again.
